Joan Marí, mestre forner alimentari en la 2a edició del Tàstum
El forner gelidenc, Joan Marí va rebre un diploma de mestre artesà alimentari per part del Tàstum. El Tàstum és el Fòrum Agroalimentari de Catalunya, organitzat pel Departament d'Agricultura, Alimentació i Acció Rural, té com a principal objectiu afavorir la interrelació entre els productors, els transformadors, els distribuïdors i els cuiners, així com propiciar un debat sobre el camí que ha seguir en el futur el primer sector industrial de Catalunya.
La primera edició d'aquest fòrum va tenir lloc l'1 d'abril de 2008 al Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Enguany, s’ha celebrat la segona edició del Tàstum i un dels guardonats ha estat Joan Marí, mestre forner del forn de pa Marí.
En l’edició d’enguany del Tàstum s’han atorgat 59 diplomes de mestres artesans alimentaris. L’atorgament s’ha fet d’acord amb les propostes fetes per les federacions i gremis d’artesans alimentaris, i que van rebre l’informe favorable de la Comissió d’Artesania Alimentària de Catalunya. Es considera mestres artesans alimentaris aquells que compleixen uns determinats mèrits de creativitat i coneixements en el camp de l'artesania alimentària, han exercit com a artesans alimentaris durant un període mínim de quinze anys, i disposen del carnet d'artesà alimentari.
